First of all, let me just apologize for being away from the blog for so long! With working all week and catching up with friends from home, I barely had any time/energy to dedicate to the blog. This week has gone by way too fast and I'm not ready to go back to school. To make matters worse, on Friday we had a beautiful, sunny day and it gave us all a taste of spring/summer. Brett and I decided to take advantage of this gorgeous day and headed down to Jersey City's boardwalk. As much as I blog about NYC, there is one city I don't blog about enough: my hometown, Jersey City.
Our boardwalk gives us a panoramic view of NYC and even goes to Hoboken. Brett and I literally spent hours sitting and walking through here on Friday. :)

It's so peaceful just to look at the water hitting the rocks.
I love wearing pastel colors during the Spring. I kinda look like an Easter egg. :)
Unfortunately, the beautiful weather didn't stay for long. The weather today was back in the low 50's. I'm still glad I was able to enjoy a taste of what's to come. Spring, HURRY UP!
Back to school tomorrow. Blehhh. I hope you've all had a wonderful weekend thus far!

I've never been to the boardwalk in Jersey city but I definitely need to now. These pictures came out gorgeous and I love the pastel in your outfit. I need to invest in some pastel for the spring! :)
