Superbowl Sunday and Wishing for Summer

As most of you know, yesterday was the Superbowl and we had many people over to watch it. 

It was a day filled with a lot of fun and lots of food.

The first picture is all the food that was at our Superbowl celebration, the second picture is of the boy. :)

In addition to preparing for the Superbowl, I also took advantage of this lazy, sunny Sunday to take some pictures of an outfit that isn't entirely adequate for winter but reflected my mood. I needed a break from my winter clothes and decided to pull out some of my summery clothes and showcase them.

Excuse how messy my room is and how wrinkly my shorts are. I tend to stuff my clothes into my closet and expect them to look as pristine as they did when they went in. And if you notice by some of the signs of sunshine that are present in some of the photographs, the sun finally came out! I hadn't seen it in so long as this winter has been cold and dreary. It was out for a short while today too but it didn't stay out for long. This busy is a rather busy one for  me as I have 3 papers due, a trip to NYC, and B's birthday which means many hours in the library which I should start now rather than continuing to procrastinate.
